If you are within the UK you can return your goods 28 days from the date your goods were purchased as long as they are unused and in their original condition. Please return in original packaging with invoice or proof of purchase. Sale items are final we do not accept returns on sale goods.

If you are outside the UK then the same rules as above should be met but you only have 14 days to make the return.

Forbes & Lewis will not pay for the shipping on return of any goods but will pay for the new delivery costs to get the new or repaired product to you.
